Mother Earth is continuing to blossom and green up the Blue Ridge Mountains. We were blanketed in fog and a soft, misty rain for most of this morning. The rain has stopped and the fog has retreated with bits remaining in some areas.
The new series of my photography collection, Eleanor’s Dream, is growing, too. Each night is exciting to see what the dark reveals, and every time it is a different story of colors.
It is a beautiful unveiling of Nature’s story book. A part of life, this time of revealing of mysteries. Each night’s story is lovingly preserved in the images created through the camera lens. These insightful images are now starring in YouTube videos and Facebook reels and stories.
It is a walk with my soul, and each nightly session I am led by unseen, yet familiar and welcoming guides. It feels like all my life has been leading up to living in these mountains, and these moments with Eleanor, Queen of the Meadow, the tall, stately Tulip Poplar, and her family and friends.
My photography has focused on a mostly realistic portrayal until the past several months. The shift to include a more abstract, fluid, and very colorful style was unusual to me at first. Now, my Spirit is embracing this new found approach and my heart is happy to create new pathways.
The colors of Spring are revealing new chapters in our lives, and plans of hope, peace and prosperity.
Keep focused on Love.
