In the Summer of 1998, I visited Ireland for the first time. Well, in this lifetime. For even though my passport showed no signs of having been to Ireland before, there were many times I felt something very familiar about the scenery and the people.
It was a lovely experience during that weeklong visit, and I have returned to the Emerald Isle several times since then. The enchanting landscape, the genuine warmth, caring, and joie de vivre of the Irish people is incredible. And their gift for hospitality and storytelling sets the highest of standards.
The lovely memories of those times came to my heart and mind recently. With almost twenty-five years now passed since my first visit, there are some dear souls that I met during that time who have departed this Earth over the years. I am so thankful that our paths crossed and for the amazing times we shared.
It is all about opening our hearts and minds to new places, new people, and allowing our souls to live our life missions joyfully and abundantly. And for me, travelling to other countries was inspiring and changed my life.
Getting out of our comfort zones is a good thing. So is challenging our perceptions. Not everyone is taught the same things or had the same experiences.
This has created diversity in our world. And for me, the gift of travel blessed me with the insight that almost all of the people I met during my travels wanted to experience similar things in their own lives, like living in a safe, peaceful environment, enjoying a meaningful job that provided them with prosperity, and being part of a supportive community.
Opening our hearts and minds and trusting our souls helps create serendipity. Doors open for us into worlds we may not have known existed. The “red carpet” treatment becomes a part of our experiences. Some call that favor.
Being thankful expands the serendipitous moments. The meaning of and the word serendipity is said to have been introduced in the Eighteenth century by the prolific English writer Horace Walpole, who based the new word on the tale “The Three Princes of Serendip”.
We have the Divine Gift of freewill and we can choose each moment, eacn day what we want to create in our lives. Old thought patterns, mind programs, even those that have been suppressed and hidden in our consciousness/ subconscious for decades, can be shifted, transformed, and released, revealing the beauty of Divine Love in everyone, everything.
The Joy of living our life missions abundantly is worth every effort. Being alive here on Earth during these most auspicious times is what we came here to experience, and it is a privilege and honor. We are blessed and highly favored and wearing our crowns.
We all have eyes to see and ears to hear. And we can ask for help with everything. And put ourselves back in the driver’s seat anytime.
We can heal ourselves. And our world.
This is the call for serendipitous times of awakening hearts and minds.
We have the power. We are the change we wish to see.
Blessings to all.
